AI opportunity infrastructure / in development

Fomo Alpha Labs

AI-powered opportunity evaluation before real capital is deployed.

We read opportunity signals, score them transparently, and pressure-test the economics on paper — so a launch is only ever considered after the evidence, never before it.

  • Paper experimentation by default
  • Live execution disabled
  • No private key read by the code

01 the problem

An opportunity can look attractive long before its economics are understood.

Signal moves faster than analysis. Momentum, audience and narrative are visible immediately; creation cost, fee share, organic traction and operating drag are not.

By the time those numbers are modelled, capital is often already committed — and there is no durable record of why the decision was made.

  • 01

    Interest is mistaken for evidence

A signal that spreads is not the same as an opportunity that works.

  • 02

    Costs surface after commitment

Launch cost, gas and operating overhead rarely appear in the original pitch.

  • 03

No decision record to learn from

Without a persisted verdict and reason code, failures are only felt, never analysed.

Fomo Alpha Labs exists to evaluate the evidence before capital is committed.

02 how it works

Six stages. Any one of them can stop the pipeline.

  1. 01

    Signal

A public opportunity signal is validated, link-checked and stored as a paper-only record.

  2. 02

    Analysis / Score

Six weighted dimensions produce a transparent score against a fixed, published pass threshold.

  3. 03

    Paper experiment

Exactly one simulated experiment runs per passing candidate, on a bounded clock.

  4. 04

    Economics

Simulated volume becomes a creator fee; launch, gas and operating cost are deducted to give net P&L and ROI.

  5. 05

    Decision

KEEP only with minimum traction and non-negative economics. Otherwise ABANDON, with a recorded reason.

  6. 06

    Readiness

Evidence is handed to a fail-closed readiness gate. It never starts anything on its own.

03 ai opportunity engine

Unstructured signal in, auditable verdict out.

Every candidate begins as raw text — a public post or opportunity note. The engine decomposes it into named dimensions, returns a score, and returns the reasoning alongside the number.

  • Signal text and source link are validated before anything is stored
  • Six weighted dimensions, each returned with its own value
  • Risk cues detected and penalised explicitly
  • A fixed pass threshold decides PASS or REJECT
  • Deterministic: the same input always yields the same verdict
Current model: explainable heuristic analysis, not machine learning. Every point is traceable to a detected cue, and the same interface is where learned ranking models plug in later.
Scoring model weights sum to 100
  • Narrative strength25
  • Momentum20
  • Audience potential15
  • Differentiation15
  • Timing15
  • Risk cues (penalty)10

Current published heuristic weights. Output is reproducible and auditable.

  7. Readiness

04 paper experiment

A full launch hypothesis, run without touching a chain.

One experiment per passing candidate. Simulated buyers and volume produce a creator fee; launch, gas and duration-based operating cost are deducted; the result is net P&L and ROI. Every figure is simulated — never on-chain, never a real balance.

05 why paper first

We don’t deploy capital first.

We earn the right to deploy it.

Every idea runs as a paper experiment. Experiments generate simulated activity, apply the real cost structure, and persist a verdict with a reason code. Only when the economics hold up does an opportunity move forward at all. Capital is the last step in the sequence — never the first.

  • 01Test the economics
  • 02Record the evidence
  • 03Decide, then re-check

06 decision layer

Evidence over excitement.

Both outcomes are persisted with an explicit reason code, so every result can be audited and compared later.

KEEP

Proceed to evidence review

  • Minimum simulated traction reached inside the window
  • Net P&L non-negative after all modelled costs
  • Paper capital not exhausted
  • Reason code persisted with the record

KEEP means the hypothesis earned a longer look — nothing more.

ABANDON

Stop, and keep the learning

  • No minimum traction inside the timeout
  • Net P&L negative at the deadline
  • Paper capital exhausted before traction
  • Failure reason persisted for analysis

Abandoning cheaply and on purpose is the point of paper experimentation.

Traction alone can never produce a KEEP. A losing experiment is always abandoned, however many simulated buyers it attracted.

07 evidence history

Every experiment leaves a record.

Persisted paper experiments, read from the local ledger export. Each row carries its own verdict and reason code. Every figure is simulated — never on-chain, never a real balance.

Reading experiment records…

08 launch readiness

Passing paper economics does not start live trading.

A KEEP result moves an opportunity toward launch-readiness review. It does not deploy anything. Between the two sits an explicit gate that is designed to fail closed.

  1. Paper evidence
  2. Readiness gate fail-closed
  3. Launch-readiness review
  4. Human approval
  5. Automatic live trading never
FAIL-CLOSED

Gate remains fail-closed until every prerequisite is deliberately supplied by a human.

Current state: 7 checks ready, 3 configuration prerequisites open. The open items are prerequisites — not errors.

Ready 7

  • ABI / launch interface verified launch selector confirmed against the launchpad bytecode
  • Exact token monitoring follows only the persisted token address, never a generic list
  • Self-buy exclusion logic own address is filtered out of organic buyer counts
  • Stop conditions no-traction timeout and maximum-loss stop are defined
  • Experiment → launch-attempt idempotency one experiment maps to at most one attempt
  • Paper mode / live execution disabled no signing or broadcast path exists in the code
  • Human approval required construction stops at pending approval without an explicit go-ahead

Blocked 3

Configuration prerequisites — not errors.

  • FOMO_STAR_ADDRESS not configured · beneficiary for the creator fee
  • FOMO_SENDER_ADDRESS not configured · needed to verify fee and gas balance
  • Self-buy exclusion address FOMO_SELF_ADDRESSES · not configured

Nothing on this list is filled in automatically. No address is supplied, no key is read, and no transaction is possible until a person supplies each prerequisite and authorises the step.

09 current status

In development. Paper experimentation.

Pre-production. The lists below reflect the actual state of the system — no users, revenue, funding, partnerships or profitability are claimed anywhere on this page.

Running today

  • Signal intake and transparent scoring
  • Paper experiment engine with full unit economics
  • KEEP / ABANDON decision layer with reason codes
  • Read-only chain observation and event decoding
  • Launch-readiness gate with fail-closed behaviour
  • Automated test suite across engine, decisions and safety

Not yet built

  • Hosted, multi-tenant product surface
  • Learned ranking models (scoring is heuristic today)
  • Any real launch, live trading or signing path
  • Any user base, revenue or proven profitability
  • Public API or third-party integrations

Next milestone

  1. 01Paper economics
  2. 02Readiness configuration
  3. 03Human review
  4. 04Explicit live authorization

Passing paper economics does not automatically enable live trading. Each step is a separate, deliberate action, and the last one only happens with an explicit human authorization.

All paper activity is simulated. Simulated buyers, volume and fees do not represent real market participants, real funds or real payouts.

Local-first

State lives in plain, inspectable files on the machine that runs it. No hidden database, no opaque queue — easy to audit, easy to reset.

Read-only by default

The observation path can read chain state but has no code path to sign or broadcast. That separation is enforced by tests, not by convention.
